Jian Zhan is a traditional Chinese fine ceramic that was used as the imperial tea set for the Song Dynasty royal family. The glaze used in Jian Zhan is unique, and during the firing process, it can produce different veins and colors, resulting in finished products with glaze surfaces resembling rabbit hair, oil droplets, or yakushi (Buddhist image) patterns. They are warm, translucent, and beautiful, with typical Chinese national style and strong oriental artistic colors. Because the glaze tends to flow during high-temperature firing, there is a phenomenon of "glaze tears," which is one of the characteristics of Jian Zhan.
